Polyurethane ( PU ) body kits have many great acknowledged excellences such as anti-bumping, non-distortion, toughness, heat and cold-resistance (PU can have heat resistance -40’c to +80’c) and also recyclable. Therefore, polyurethane has been widely adopted by international top grade automobile industry as the best materials for car body kits. We make sure all our products are fitted onto the car before manufacture processes.
1.Clean the wax off the surface of the product with degreasers.使用脫脂劑清洗物品上的臘(內外都要清洗)。
2.Treat the surface with fine sand paper based grinding machine.研磨產品表面較好上底漆。
3.Clean off all dust off the surface of the product that needs to be sprayed.研磨後需清洗表面粉塵。
4.Do not hang the product, place it on flat surface to retain its original shape and spray plastic primer suggested for soft plastics.物品不可吊掛，勿必放置牢靠防止變型，方可噴底漆（底漆建議PU專用)。
5.Use body fillers if needed on the product.使用烤漆土修飾物品表面。
6.Smoothen and clean the product to spray another coat of plastic primer.研磨後再清洗表面粉塵，方可在噴底漆。
